In the latest episode, Kim Bom (played by Park Ji-hoo) is seen desperately searching for Sa-gye (Ha Yoo-jun), who has gone missing. Meanwhile, Sa-gye, after a night of drinking, attempts to uncover the identity of his cornea donor, only to realize the painful truth that his life-saving surgery was a tragic moment for Kim Bom.

As Sa-gye wanders the streets, he stumbles upon the site of a past accident, realizing it was the scene of Kim Bom's mother's death. This revelation is witnessed by Seo Min-chul (Kim Jong-tae), who reports it to Jo Dae-pyo (Jo Han-chul), heightening the tension. Meanwhile, Kim Bom faces a dilemma with a song plagiarism issue, ultimately deciding to produce her own music despite lucrative offers.

Kim Bom rushes to the police station upon hearing of a witness to her mother's hit-and-run, only to be disappointed when Sa-gye, the actual witness, fails to appear. Seo Min-chul pressures his son, Seo Tae-yang (Lee Seung-hyub), to join 'The Crown,' revealing that Tae-yang was originally meant to be the group's leader.
