Son Suk-ku Opens Up About Upcoming Role and Diet Challenges on SBS's 'Whenever Possible'

The episode featured actors Son Suk-ku and Kim Da-mi. As a newcomer to variety shows, Kim Da-mi appeared nervous, commenting, "There are so many cameras," while Son Suk-ku remarked, "It feels like a press conference." Host Yoo Jae-suk lightheartedly responded, "This isn't that many. You have a bit of a show-off streak."
Kim Da-mi, making her first TV variety show appearance, explained her previous absence from such shows, saying, "I found them awkward." However, she added, "I slept well last night," bringing laughter to the set.

Son Suk-ku shared, "I need to diet. The director of my next project suggested losing a lot of weight. I think it's a good idea, so my goal is to lose 10kg, but I'm worried because I've never done it before."
Yoo Yeon-seok, who has dieted before, advised, "I follow a seafood-based diet and avoid rice," suggesting cutting down on carbohydrates. Known for his love of food, Son Suk-ku asked, "Can't I even have brown rice?" with a playful pout.

Kim Da-mi shared, "Today, I wanted to go home since I started my makeup," expressing her apprehension about variety shows. In contrast, Son Suk-ku said, "I was excited until I started my makeup."
Meanwhile, Yoo Jae-suk praised Kim Da-mi's engaging reactions, saying, "It's enjoyable to talk to you." Son Suk-ku agreed, adding, "There's something about her that makes you want to talk."

Son Suk-ku, who doesn't enjoy drinking, shared that after gatherings, he prefers to "walk off the alcohol" and once fell asleep during a drama shoot due to drowsiness. He revealed, "I sleep eight hours a day. I go to bed before midnight, and nothing feels as good as a good night's sleep. If I feel sleepy, I skip brushing my teeth and removing makeup. I think sleeping well is better than worrying about my face."
