Stars of 'Good Boy' Take on Weather Forecasting to Promote New Drama

Following Park Bo-gum, Kim So-hyun and Lee Sang-yi are stepping into the role of weathercasters. Ahead of the premiere of JTBC's 'Good Boy' on May 31st, they will appear on JTBC's 'Newsroom' to promote the show.

The new JTBC weekend drama 'Good Boy' (directed by Sim Na-yeon, written by Lee Dae-il, produced by SLL, Studio&New, Drama House Studio) is a comedic action youth investigation series. It features medalists who have become special police officers, trading their medals for police badges to fight against a world filled with dishonesty and unfairness. On May 26th, Park Bo-gum made a surprise appearance as a guest weathercaster on JTBC's 'Newsroom' to promote the drama.

Dressed in a national team uniform adorned with the Taegeuk mark, Park Bo-gum captivated viewers by forecasting the weather with the same intensity as the anticipation for the drama. This weekend, he will begin his new role as 'Yoon Dong-joo,' a boxing gold medalist turned special team officer. His dynamic performance is highly anticipated. With clear diction and natural gestures, he discussed the upcoming summer heat and significant temperature fluctuations, advising viewers to take care of their health.

Taking the baton, Kim So-hyun, who plays 'Ji Han-na,' a shooting gold medalist turned special team sergeant, will appear on 'Newsroom' today (May 27th) at 6:30 PM. Tomorrow (May 28th), Lee Sang-yi, who plays 'Kim Jong-hyun,' a fencing silver medalist turned special team inspector, will take on the weathercaster role. Both Kim So-hyun and Lee Sang-yi are expected to showcase their unique charm as weathercasters, offering a special opportunity to see their talents beyond the drama.
