Singer and actress IU has once again touched hearts with her thoughtful gesture.

Recently, the mother of child actress Shin Chae-rin shared on social media, "Our first ever fish-shaped pastry truck. 'For whatever reason we met, loved, and stayed together.' I wonder what good deeds we did in a past life to deserve such blessings for Chae-rin and me," she expressed. "IU's mom sent a fish-shaped pastry truck for Chae-rin's last set shoot. The message and the photos were all so touching."

The photos revealed the pastry truck sent by IU for Shin Chae-rin. The banner read, "Everyone's favorite, Shin Chae-rin. Chae-rin, you've worked hard. Thank you. From Ae-soon's mom."

Shin Chae-rin's mother continued, "She didn't even mention it while we were together and just sent it as a surprise. It's like she wanted us to cry. We've received many gifts and have always been grateful, but the pastry truck was beyond imagination. I'm speechless," expressing her gratitude.

She added, "I'm thankful for how much IU's mom has cared for and loved Chae-rin. I respect and love her always. Many people told Chae-rin how much they enjoyed the pastries, and it was a day filled with love. Thank you for giving us a gift we'll never forget."

Shin Chae-rin played the young Yang Geum-myung, the daughter of IU's character Oh Ae-soon, in the Netflix series 'You Have Done Well.'

Previously, on the 27th, the mother of child actor Lee Cheon-moo, who also appeared in the same series, shared, "Though it's late, I want to express my gratitude. The handwritten letter from 'sister,' not 'aunt,' was so touching! IU, who always remembers to give gifts for Children's Day and Christmas, is small but mighty. I have much to learn from her," revealing the drone and letter IU gifted.
