Why Song Eun-i Transferred Her Jeju Villa Ownership Solely to Kim Sook

Song Eun-i recently revealed the reason behind transferring the joint ownership of a Jeju villa to her close friend Kim Sook.

On the YouTube channel 'Vivo TV', a video titled 'Thriller Goddess Kwak Sun-young & Kwon Yuri Invade CEO's Room | EP.42' was posted on the 5th.

Kwon Yuri, who has started living in Jeju, shared, "I watch performances in Jeju while I'm there. It's manageable to travel back and forth." Yuri asked Song Eun-i, "Weren't you also in Jeju?" Yuri, a regular listener of Song Eun-i and Kim Sook's 'Secret Guarantee', prompted Song Eun-i to jokingly respond, "I feel like you know too much about me, it's a bit overwhelming."

Song Eun-i, who is known to be close friends with Kim Sook, shared, "Sook and I bought a house together." She continued, "Sook has a dream of living in Jeju, but I don't. I prefer city life and enjoy visiting occasionally. Sook likes camping but can't go alone, so she suggested we live together in Jeju. That's why we had joint ownership." She added, "I realized joint ownership isn't ideal. We had different opinions on what to do with the small house. I thought we might end up fighting, so I withdrew from the joint ownership, and now it's solely Sook's house."

Kwak Sun-young and Kwon Yuri co-starred in the movie 'Intrusion'. Song Eun-i commented, "'Intrusion' is a thriller, and so is that house," piquing the curiosity of Kwon Yuri and Kwak Sun-young. Song Eun-i explained, "I visited a few times, but if you don't maintain it... you know how fast the grass grows in Jeju." The house had become a mess due to lack of maintenance.

The trio watched the trailer for 'Intrusion' together. Song Eun-i confessed, "I have to watch it to discuss with guests, but I'm not good with thriller movies." She also admitted, "My deep voice reactions can be a nuisance to viewers."
