Sweet Romance Blossoms Between Kim Se-jeong and Lee Jong-won in 'Drunken Romance'

The sweet romance between Kim Se-jeong and Lee Jong-won has officially begun.

In the 9th episode of ENA's Monday-Tuesday drama 'Drunken Romance,' aired on the 2nd, Chae Yong-joo (played by Kim Se-jeong) finally realized her love for Yoon Min-joo (played by Lee Jong-won). The newly minted couple embarked on their romantic journey, enjoying dates that were sometimes extraordinary and sometimes ordinary. Their transition into a romantic relationship was heartwarming and exciting for viewers.

Chae Yong-joo, who found herself crying in Yoon Min-joo's arms, felt awkward about her unfamiliar self. Yoon Min-joo comforted her, saying it was okay to cry more. Still grieving her grandmother's absence, Chae Yong-joo was visited by Yoon Min-joo, who took her to Baegok-ri.

Awaiting Chae Yong-joo was a makeshift sports event organized by the villagers. Their efforts to cheer her up finally brought a smile to her face. Yoon Min-joo and the people of Baegok-ri became a new family for Chae Yong-joo, who thought she couldn't cope with the world without her grandmother.

Love remained a challenging puzzle for Chae Yong-joo. Although she was sure of her feelings for Yoon Min-joo, expressing them was embarrassing and daunting. Her heart was stirred by Kim Soon-kwan's (played by Jang Won-young) sincere feelings for Joo-en (played by Seo Yi-yeon). His words, "I wish time would stop like this. Everything was shining, grateful, and wonderful," reminded her of the comforting days with Yoon Min-joo and his patient waiting. During a night walk, Chae Yong-joo began, "You know, I have something to tell you."

Sensing Chae Yong-joo's nervousness, Yoon Min-joo held her hand to calm her. Finally, Chae Yong-joo confessed, "I love you. I love you, Yoon Min-joo," ending the long wait. Yoon Min-joo responded, "I've loved you without missing a moment," sealing their love with a deep kiss.

As a couple, Chae Yong-joo and Yoon Min-joo enjoyed sweet dates. Yoon Min-joo, always attentive to Chae Yong-joo's slightest changes, cared for her tenderly. In contrast, Chae Yong-joo appeared like a clumsy novice in love. Yoon Min-joo teased her for acting like a broken person but couldn't hide his affectionate gaze. He wanted to help Chae Yong-joo rediscover her life, which she had forgotten while caring for others. Together, they explored her preferences, gradually filling her once-empty room and life with vibrant colors.

The TF team's new product development continued. As they brainstormed a name for the successful final sample, they struggled to find a solution. Inspired by the idea of a set with different degrees and colors, Chae Yong-joo suggested the name 'Together.' The unanimously chosen name set the stage for the upcoming internal tasting event at Jisang Brewery. The tasting session proceeded in a lively atmosphere, but the feedback sheets the TF team received were disappointing, filled with low scores. The team was disheartened, and Chae Yong-joo was bewildered by the unexpected results.

Bang Ah-reum (played by Shin Do-hyun) envisioned a future with Oh Chan-hwi (played by Baek Sung-chul), charmed by his kindness. However, her mother's disdain for Oh Chan-hwi and her embarrassment over her own family's stark contrast to his harmonious household made her hesitate. After a heated argument with her mother, she ran out in tears, telling Oh Chan-hwi, "Let's not get married. A well-loved person like you shouldn't be stuck in a family like mine. I'm protecting you. Run away," creating a poignant moment that left viewers curious about the future of their romance.
