Below is a Q&A with Seunghee, who played 'Chorok'.

Q: How do you feel about the drama's conclusion and what would you like to say to the viewers who loved 'Jeong Nyeoni'?

Seunghee: Hello, I'm Oh My Girl's Seunghee, who played Park Chorok. Thanks to the viewers' immense love for the Maeran National Drama Troupe, we were able to happily reach the final episode of 'Jeong Nyeoni'. Thank you so much.

Q: What was the most challenging aspect of playing Chorok, and what did you focus on to portray the character?

Seunghee: I wanted to portray Chorok not as a child who is simply envious of Jeong Nyeoni, but as someone whose emotions are transparently displayed. Chorok admires Jeong Nyeoni's genius and wants to emulate her, which I wanted to convey through her seemingly spiteful actions. From the moment I received the audition script, I was captivated by the character and tried to embody Chorok, even going so far as to change my surroundings to green.

Q: Chorok initially appeared envious and spiteful towards Jeong Nyeoni but gradually developed affection. How did you approach this transformation?

Seunghee: I focused on ensuring that Chorok's change in attitude didn't seem abrupt to the viewers. I wanted to convey Chorok's sincere passion for the national drama without it seeming sudden, focusing on her emotional journey.

Q: Episode 8 featured Chorok's standout performance in an audition scene. How did people react to your performance?

Seunghee: After episode 8 aired, I received many messages. Some were surprised to see me acting, while others praised my performance, which made me eager to improve further.

Q: Did you know from the beginning that Chorok's role would become more significant towards the end? What were your thoughts upon reading the script?

Seunghee: I realized my role would grow as we filmed. I was surprised and excited to see Chorok's development in episode 8, and I was eager to showcase her growth and emotional depth.

Q: As the lead vocalist of Oh My Girl, was there any pressure in performing traditional Korean singing in the drama? How did you prepare?

Seunghee: Although I was familiar with traditional Korean folk songs from my childhood, transitioning from pop singing to the heavier vocal style of pansori required training. I also learned Korean dance, focusing on posture and subtle movements.

Q: How was it working with Kim Tae-ri, who played 'Yoon Jeong Nyeoni'? How was the chemistry with other actors?

Seunghee: Kim Tae-ri was incredibly supportive and guided me throughout. Her energy inspired me, and I felt a deep connection during our scenes. I also had a great time with the actors playing Bok-sil and Yeon-hong, sharing laughs and bonding like high school friends.

Q: What scene stands out the most to you?

Seunghee: Many scenes are memorable, but the one where I fall while holding a broom was fun to shoot. I also loved the scene where Chorok's attitude shifts, showing her transparent nature.

Q: Which actor provided the most advice and support during filming?

Seunghee: Kim Tae-ri gave me the most advice. She once explained her interpretation of the script in detail, which broadened my perspective on acting.

Q: How did your fellow Oh My Girl members react to your performance?

Seunghee: I'm proud to be their pride. Despite their busy schedules, they continuously support and praise my acting.

Q: What genres and characters would you like to explore in the future?

Seunghee: I want to explore various genres and characters, bringing out different aspects of myself and connecting with audiences through diverse roles.

Q: What are your future goals and plans as an actress?

Seunghee: I aim to be an actress who accompanies you throughout your life. I'll work hard to greet you in future projects, so please stay tuned!
