Nam Chang-hee's Emotional Moment at Jo Se-ho's Wedding Sparks Speculation on His Own Marriage Plans

On the upcoming episode of MBC's 'Save Me! Holmes' (hereafter referred to as 'Holmes'), airing on the 24th, the show will focus on 'buying a first home in Seoul,' offering valuable tips and showcasing properties across various price ranges.
As the autumn moving season approaches, the episode is designed for those dreaming of purchasing their first home in Seoul. Kim Sook comments, "The biggest challenge for those in their 30s is 'buying a home.' It's a time to decide whether to continue renting or to purchase a home." To assist those struggling with this decision, model and broadcaster Jung Hyuk, broadcaster Nam Chang-hee, and Yang Se-chan will explore properties in the 200 million to 600 million won range in Seoul.
Kim Dae-ho warmly welcomes Jung Hyuk to the studio and enthusiastically discusses their shared hobby of fishkeeping. Kim Dae-ho remarks, "Jung Hyuk is more skilled than I am, almost at a professional level." Jung Hyuk surprises everyone by revealing, "I have about 100 fish tanks and over a thousand pet fish. I've even rented a commercial space to keep them."
Nam Chang-hee draws attention by confessing that he cried upon hearing the news of his close friend Jo Se-ho's marriage. He explains, "Many people worry about me. Honestly, I never thought Se-ho could become the head of a household. I was moved to tears, feeling grateful for how well he's grown."
When Jang Dong-min asks Nam Chang-hee, "When a close friend gets married, there's a tendency to follow suit," Nam Chang-hee responds, "If there's good news, I'll share it first on 'Holmes.'" The coordinators humorously decline, saying, "This is a home introduction program."

Jung Hyuk jokes, "I've only ever rented. When looking at homes, be wary of wide-angle photos. They make a place look 30 pyeong, but it's actually 5 pyeong."
Yang Se-chan, who successfully purchased a home, admits, "I bought a house without any knowledge, as if possessed by a ghost." When asked about his satisfaction, he says, "I'm half satisfied and half dissatisfied. The neighborhood doesn't match my lifestyle," drawing attention.
The 'First Home Purchase' special will air on Thursday, the 24th, at 10 PM on 'Save Me! Holmes.'
