Jo Jun-young, the lead actor of 'Suryungin', bid farewell to viewers as the series concluded. Known for his resemblance to actors Ahn Jae-hyun, Woo Do-hwan, and Lee Joon-gi, Jo has captured the audience's attention.

Jo Jun-young starred as 'Hwang I-deun' in 'Suryungin', the sixth installment of the drama project 'O'PENing 2024', which features works by new writers from CJ ENM's rookie creative support program O'PEN. His compelling performance left an indelible mark, establishing him as an irreplaceable presence.

In the second episode, Hwang I-deun was overwhelmed with mixed emotions following the fall of Seong Seo-jun (played by Baek Seon-ho). The political exploitation of his brother's death by his father and the news of Seong Seo-jun's demise triggered past traumas, leading to a tearful moment that touched viewers' hearts.

Determined to protect Seong Seo-yeon (played by Kang Shin), Hwang I-deun attempted to flee but was pursued by detectives and loan sharks. Ultimately, Seong Seo-yeon chose to surrender, and two years later, Hwang I-deun, free from his father's shadow, welcomed Seong Seo-yeon with lottery winnings, leaving a lasting impression on the audience.
