Apink's Yoon Bomi Shines as an Actress, Wins Best Supporting Actress Award
Apink member Yoon Bomi has proven her presence as an actress.
On the 21st, Yoon Bomi attended the Daejeon Special Effects Film Festival held at the main auditorium of KAIST in Daejeon, where she received the Best Supporting Actress award.
Yoon Bomi, who was loved for her role as Secretary Na in the tvN drama 'Queen of Tears' which aired in March and April, graced the award ceremony as the recipient of the Best Supporting Actress award, receiving applause and cheers from many. Expressing her gratitude to the production team, fellow actors, and viewers of 'Queen of Tears,' Yoon Bomi said, "Just being able to work on a project with seniors whom I have always respected was a very valuable, precious, and happy time for me."
She also thanked her Apink members and fans, promising, "I will strive to grow and work harder so that I can greet you with many more projects in the future."
Yoon Bomi, who is active as a versatile entertainer in various fields such as acting and variety shows, continues to showcase diverse activities this year. Not only did she receive positive responses from viewers for her role as Secretary Na in 'Queen of Tears,' but she is also reviewing her next project as a drama actress.
In April, Yoon Bomi became the first Apink member to publicly acknowledge a romantic relationship in 13 years since their debut. She admitted to dating Rado (Song Joo-young, 39) of the composing group Black Eyed Pilseung since 2017.
Yoon Bomi is set to meet fans at the 2024 Apink Chobom solo fan meeting 'MATCH' with Park Chorong, to be held on December 5th at the Woonjung Green Campus Auditorium of Sungshin Women's University in Seoul.
