Choi Si-won humorously responded to the question of whether he is a 'golden spoon' by saying, "Just a bit gold-plated."

On the TV Chosun show 'Baekban Journey with Heo Young-man' aired on the 1st, actors Choi Si-won and Jung In-sun explored various famous eateries from Jongno to Gwangjin in Seoul.

Choi Si-won, who has been active as a member of Super Junior for 19 years, shared, "I visited three countries last week." When asked if he uses a private jet for his travels, Choi replied, "It's still a bit difficult. I'm working towards using a private jet." He proudly added, "So far, I've been active without any major issues." To this, Heo Young-man joked, "There is an issue, though. You're not a 'junior' anymore." Choi wittily responded, "Legally, there's no problem."

Visiting a restaurant specializing in Hongeo Samhap (fermented skate, pork, and kimchi), Choi reminisced about his first taste of Hongeo in his mid-20s during a shoot in the Honam region. He described it as, "At first, I thought, 'What is this?' but it kept coming to mind. Eating Hongeo when I'm in a bad mood cheers me up. It's the taste of a life full of ups and downs."

Choi Si-won's mother is a fan of 'Baekban Journey.' When asked who he resembles more, his father or mother, Choi answered, "The upper part of my face is entirely my mother, and the lower part is entirely my father."

Choi expressed gratitude towards his parents, saying, "Thanks to my parents, I grew up without any lack." Heo Young-man then asked, "Did you grow up in a good family? Are you a golden spoon?" Choi humorously replied, "I'm very ordinary. An ordinary golden spoon? Just a bit gold-plated. You can't even tell if the plating is real. Just a slight coating."

Choi claimed to have a better appetite than his picky-eating fellow member, Shindong. When Heo complimented his conversational skills, Choi laughed, "If the members find out, they'll tease me. They can talk for 30-40 minutes at concerts."

At 38 years old, Choi shared his thoughts on relationships, saying, "It's not that I can't date; I think timing is important in relationships. It would be nice to meet someone who can be there for me during tough times."
