Jaejoong Kim reveals his current status after surgery
'Bad Memory Eraser' is a romance about a man whose life was changed by a memory eraser and a woman who became his first love. After its first broadcast on the 2nd, it continues to be a hot topic with its novel subject of memory erasure, which is called bad memory erasure surgery, and Kim Jaejoong's acting transformation.
In the 2nd episode that aired earlier, Lee Goon (played by Kim Jae-joong), who was reborn as a super sweet and super shameless person after surgery to erase bad memories, mistook the doctor in charge, Gyeongju-yeon (played by Jin Se-yeon), as his first love, and launched a straight flirtation. It was drawn and made people laugh.
Juyeon decided that Lee's delusion was a side effect of the surgery and tried to tell him the truth, but on the day of the crash, Lee witnessed his first love and his younger brother Lee Shin (played by Lee Jong-won) kiss, and realized that even his first love had become a bad memory, and Lee started a new life. To get things started, he falsely admitted that he was his first love by saying, "That's right, I'm your first love," foreshadowing a dangerously manipulative romance.
Lee walks by Juyeon's side and flirts too much, causing laughter. In the released still, Lee is waiting for Juyeon, sitting on a mat in the flower bed of the hospital where Juyeon often passes by. Lee comes out fully prepared, wearing flowers on his head and a bright cardigan, and as soon as he spots Joo-yeon, he flashes sparkling eyes and shows off his straight-forward personality.
The scene continues with Lee looking at Juyeon with eyes dripping with honey. Standing with a tree in between, Lee looks at Joo-yeon from afar and gives a sad look, while holding a bouquet of roses as if he is about to jump out and propose at any moment, tickling the hands and feet of those who see him. She even shows off her seductive figure by hanging from a tree or stretches out her arms and holds out a bouquet of flowers, appealing to the main character in all sorts of ways and making her laugh.
Juyeon, who discovered Lee's appearance, couldn't help but feel embarrassed and shocked. The startled protagonist turns his head and squeaks like a robot without being able to spit out or swallow the coffee in his mouth, but in the end, he is unable to completely ignore it and is watching, making people laugh. This creates a subtle war of nerves between Lee, who launches infinite flirting, and Gyeongju-yeon, who experiences shame that makes her hands and feet tremble, raising expectations for the breathtaking romance between the two.
‘Eraser of Bad Memories’ will air episode 3 tomorrow (9th) at 9:40 PM. It is also being released through OTT Netflix, TVING, and Wave, and will be released exclusively through Rakuten Viki in Japan, U-NEXT, America, Europe, Oceania, the Middle East, and India.
