‘Eraser of Bad Memories’, which took 2 years and 5 months to compile, is finally out in the world. Kim Jaejoong, who returned to the TV screen after 7 years, expressed his excitement, saying he had been anxiously waiting for the program to be aired.

On the 2nd, a production presentation for MBN's new Friday-Saturday mini-series 'Eraser of Bad Memories' was held at the Stanford Hotel in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. Director Yoon Ji-hoon and actors Kim Jae-joong, Jin Se-yeon, Lee Jong-won, and Yang Hye-ji attended the event.

'Bad Memory Eraser' is a drama depicting the dangerous first love manipulation romance between a man whose life was changed by a memory eraser and a woman who became his first love.

Kim Jaejoong played the role of Lee, who was reborn from 'lowest self-esteem' to 'maximum self-esteem' in the drama. He said, "If there was an operation that could actually erase memories, I would not do it. I will not erase the past, good or bad. I think even the painful past is a precious memory. By recalling and reflecting on the near past, we can grow in the future. “I think the past can be diluted more and more happily,” he said. He went on to say, “Even difficult things become nothing as time goes by.”

Kim Jaejoong said, "At the time of filming, there were many masterpieces and genre-oriented works. I am very happy that we were able to launch it at a time when the 'romantic comedy' boom was blowing. Since I was about two years younger than I am now, I went into filming with a fresher and healthier appearance. “I want to give fresh energy to viewers,” he said.

He said, "It feels so good to be out in the world after 2 years and 5 months. I was waiting very anxiously. The seasons changed twice. It was a work that took a lot of effort to film. There is a lot contained in the drama. I felt and expressed the joys and sorrows while acting. “I wanted to show it to many people as quickly as possible, so I bragged about it to my family first, and I also wanted to see it quickly.”

Jin Se-yeon plays the role of Gyeongju-yeon, a genius doctor and Lee's manipulated first love. When asked if he would erase his memory if he had surgery to erase it, he said, "I think it will help because the scar can grow. For now, I don't want to erase it."

He continued, "When I first saw the script, I thought it was a bright romantic comedy genre. But as I read it, I realized that it had dramatic healing elements. I think it could be a drama like a multivitamin. I hope viewers will feel a little refreshed while watching our work." .

Lee Jong-won, who played the world's No. 1 tennis star Lee Shin, joked, "I think trauma and bad memories become the foundation for becoming a good person later. If I could erase them, I would erase the memories of my time in the military." Regarding the reason, he replied, “I will not comment.”
