Cycus, The New Six, Eightton, Cravity, ATBO, Unite, Oneus, etc. have confirmed their appearance as participants. Taemin debuted as SHINee's youngest member in 2008 and has been active as a solo singer since 2014. He left SM Entertainment after 16 years in March and signed an exclusive contract with BPM in April.

Taemin will be the MC of 'Road to Kingdom 2' and is expected to play a mentor role for younger boy groups. Although he served as a mentor on KBS2's 'Idol Rebooting Project - The Unit', which aired from 2017 to 2018, this is his first time hosting a survival program alone.

'Road to Kingdom 2', which will be presented approximately 4 years after the previous season, will be aired for the first time in September.
