In KBS 2TV's 'Newly Released Fun Restaurant' (hereinafter referred to as 'Pyeon Restaurant'), which will be broadcast on May 31, Kim Jae-joong makes gamjatang filled with childhood memories and the taste of his mother. In this process, not only Kim Jaejoong's amazing cooking skills that recall memories and recreate the taste are revealed, but also the story of Kim Jaejoong's childhood, which was not wealthy but was full of family love. I am looking forward to the story of Kim Jaejoong, a warm-hearted and devoted son, not the flashy superstar on stage.

In the VCR released on this day, Kim Jaejoong received a delivery box sent by his mother. The box was full of ingredients and delicious seasonings that my mother had carefully grown in her garden. Kim Jaejoong immediately made a video call with his parents and decided to make his mother's version of gamjatang. In a previous broadcast, Kim Jaejoong revealed that his mother ran a gamjatang restaurant when he was young, so he grew up looking over his shoulder and learning from his mother's cooking.

Kim Jaejoong's mother explained in detail to her son who asked for the recipe for gamjatang. After listening to his mother's explanation and recalling his memories, Kim Jaejoong quickly started making gamjatang. He also used his own cheat key to recreate his mother's special secret. After a while, Kim Jaejoong finished his mother's gamjatang and was happy, saying, “It's fun to make it according to my mother's recipe,” and “It's really delicious.”

Jaejoong Kim was lost in memories while making and eating gamjatang according to his mother's recipe. As was a hot topic in the last broadcast, Kim Jaejoong has eight older sisters. Jaejoong Kim recalled his childhood, saying, “My parents raised nine children, so I was very fortunate, but not wealthy.” It was a time when things weren't financially comfortable. Kim Jaejoong recalled the time he helped his mother deliver gamjatang when he was in middle school and said, “I was embarrassed at a young age. It was embarrassing, but I delivered. “Because I am my mother’s son,” he confessed.

Even in difficult situations, Kim Jaejoong persevered in his dreams and never forgot a goal in his heart. Kim Jaejoong said, “(There were two goals). “It was about replacing my father’s car and gifting a nice house to my parents,” he confessed. He then said that of course he achieved his goal, but there are still things he regrets, and he told an honest story that touched everyone's hearts.

Chef Lee Yeon-bok of ‘Pyeon Restaurant’ praised her youngest son, Kim Jae-joong, who is full of filial piety and charm, saying, “I thought Jae-joong was from a rich family because he was handsome.” Would Jaejoong Kim, who loved his parents so much, be able to replicate the taste of his mother's gamjatang?
