Lee Chan-won aims for KBS Entertainment Awards this time

Singer Lee Chan-won shared his thoughts on the entertainment award.

On the morning of the 21st, a press conference for 'High-End Water Strider' was held at the KBS new building in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and hosts Yang Se-hyung, brothers Yang Se-chan and Lee Chan-won, as well as Cho Hyun-ah and money trainer Kim Kyung-pil were in attendance.

KBS's new entertainment program 'High-End Water Strider', which brings together the entertainment industry's strongest consumption dream team, is a project that will help viewers become smart water striders who spend well and save well, rather than being hungry.

Previously, Chan-won Lee won the grand prize at the KBS 'Entertainment Awards' last year. As he hosted major programs such as 'Pyeon Restaurant' and 'The Problem Son of the Rooftop', he was also mentioned as a candidate for an entertainment award.

Regarding this, Lee Chan-won said, "This is the first time I heard that he was mentioned as a candidate for the KBS Entertainment Awards. Still, if 'High-End Water Strider' gains a lot of sympathy from viewers and becomes a regular program, I won the Excellence Award and last year, I won the Grand Prize. If so, this time I will receive the Grand Prize. “I’ll glare at you,” he joked.

Meanwhile, Lee Chan-won expressed his gratitude, saying, "Regardless of whether or not they win an entertainment award, there are a lot of pilot programs or season programs these days. People prepare for as little as three months and six months, or as long as a year. I hope they do even better thanks to their efforts." .

When asked whether he would like to choose between the Entertainment Awards and the Music Awards, Chan-won Lee declared, "It's a really difficult question. I can continue making music consistently, so if 'High-End Water Strider' is aired as a regular broadcast, I want to win the Entertainment Awards." .

Yang Se-hyeong said, "When Lee Chan-won receives the script, it seems like he memorizes it all. If you look at the flow of the directors, they know the final picture from the beginning, so even if there is an accident in the middle, they deal with it right away. Isn't that because they know everything from the beginning? Just like that, Mr. Chan-won. In fact, the three of us, Yang Se-chan and Jo Hyun-ah, don't have a lot of knowledge. Yang Se-chan quipped, "If Chanwon isn't around, I'll fall apart quickly. I need to come in by writing advanced words, but Chanwon is writing them often."
