Lee Cheong-ah "Secret to a good body? Fast for 24 hours and drink sweet drinks."

Actress Lee Cheong-ah, who is currently starring in the Coupang Play drama 'Hyde', appeared as a guest on the YouTube channel 'Cho Hyun-ah's Thursday Night (hereinafter referred to as 'Cho Mok Night'), which was released on the 4th.

He confessed that he was nervous even though he was an actor of 21 years, saying, "I watched the episode of Lee Yoo-mi, which I previously appeared in, and opened a monologue book and practiced for the first time in 20 years." He said, "In King John's Constance monologue, 'Am I mad?' “There is something like this,” he said, saying he prepared hard. He then said, "I was worried about appearing without Danso because I was afraid it would be against fairness. But anyway, the company talked me out of it," and made people laugh by saying that he was able to appear without Danso.
Jo Hyun-ah eased the burden of singing, saying, “Now the actors can come out comfortably.” He continued by saying, "My friend is an actor, and he said his face was swollen while filming a project. But to me, it didn't look swollen at all." Lee Cheong-ah explained, "The connection will jump out. If you put the shoes together later, the face may change and jump out."

Lee Cheong-ah said, "There is something that suits my body. When I did the SBS 'VIP' drama, I was exposed in the first scene. I was notified of the schedule 2-3 weeks before filming and prepared, but 5 days before the D-day, I was informed that it had been changed to 2 weeks later. So, as the tension dropped, so did my condition.” The day before filming, she said, "I don't eat heavy food, and when I eat food that only has calories and doesn't make my stomach grow bigger, like a sweet drink or a piece of chocolate, my muscles don't lose their definition and look thin. Now, I fast for 24 hours and drink something like bone broth the next day." He revealed his own diet secret.
