Cut off the tail and that's it? Lim Chang-jeong's face and name scam controversy over acting academy "absolutely irrelevant"

On the 21st, Lim Chang-jung's agency, Yes I Am Entertainment, said, "Yes I Am Academy Acting Academy is a company that is completely unrelated to Yes I Am Entertainment and Lim Chang-jung," and added, "The incident of non-payment of appearance fees that was reported has nothing to do with Lim Chang-jung."
He added, “If there is anything that needs to be explained further after I understand the details, I will tell you again.”
One media reported that YesIAM Academy, an acting and entertainment academy derived from YesIAM, which Lim Chang-jung founded with his face and name in 2018, did not pay actors fees after filming a commercial last year. According to reports, YESIM Academy was reported to the Labor Office for failing to provide actors' appearance fees as well as employees' salaries and severance pay.
Former CEO Ham Ye-shin explained, “After the controversy over Lim Chang-jung’s stock price manipulation that arose last April, the academy went bankrupt and its bank account was seized,” and also revealed that Lim Chang-jung had nothing to do with the controversy.
Former CEO Ham denied the connection, and Lim Chang-jung also cut the tail off, saying, "It is completely unrelated," but there is talk that Lim Chang-jung cannot be completely free due to the controversy that arose at the acting academy that used Lim Chang-jung's name and face. They may not be legally responsible, but if a problem arises at a business that uses their name and face, shouldn't they at least morally apologize and help resolve the issue?
