On this day's broadcast, a scene was mentioned where Park Shin-hye collapsed on the street while suffering from cholecystitis pain. Na Young-seok, who heard this, sympathized with the pain, saying, “It feels like my whole body is in pain.”

He then confessed, "I have another disease, and the pain seems similar to that disease. I have urinary stones." He continued, "I fell down three times. If a rock blocks this area, it really hurts. I can tell you because it's my illness. It's not life-threatening."

He recalled that time, saying, "When I was coming back from 'Sisters Over Flowers', I developed urinary stones and had a very difficult time on the plane. It wasn't because I was having a hard time because of filming, but I heard that urinary stones happen in families when one of my parents gets it."
