IU and Park Bo-gum's drama 'I Was Fooled' will be released on Netflix.

On the 30th, Netflix announced this news. 'I Was Fooled' is a work that unfolds the adventure-filled lives of Ae-suni (played by IU), a desperate rebel born in Jeju, and Gwan-sik (played by Park Bo-gum), a strong-armed brat. Previously, the meeting of IU, Park Bo-gum, PD Kim Won-seok of the dramas 'Incomplete Life', 'Signal', and 'My Mister', and writer Lim Sang-chun of 'When the Camellia Blooms' attracted attention.

‘Thank you for your hard work,’ which is a Jeju Island dialect word meaning ‘Thank you for your hard work,’ is expected to leave an unforgettable impact with the life story of Ae-sun and Gwan-sik that unfolds against the backdrop of Jeju Island. A group of irreplaceable actors is gathering great interest and anticipation. This is IU's second collaboration with producer Kim Won-seok, following 'My Mister'. Ae-sun, played by IU, is a desperate rebel who was born and raised in Jeju and fights against her given fate.

Park Bo-gum plays a strong, iron-like character who expresses himself through actions rather than words. Gwan-sik uses sincerity as his weapon, and since he was young, he has been loyal, silent, and single-mindedly fond of Ae-sun. Here, Moon So-ri and Park Hae-joon play the adult roles of Ae-soon and Gwan-sik, respectively.
