Lee Jeong-jin confirmed for lead role in ‘Queen of Masks’
Actress Lee Jeong-jin resumes her work after three years.

Lee Jeong-jin has confirmed his appearance as the male protagonist Song Je-hyuk in the mystery thriller 'Queen of Masks', which is scheduled to air on Channel A in the first half of this year.

Song Je-hyeok, played by Lee Jeong-jin in 'Queen of the Mask', is an extremely exemplary and family-oriented person. However, he is also a three-dimensional character whose background and secrets are revealed one by one throughout the play, pushing the characters' relationships toward conflict.

Lee Jung-jin's drama appearance is three years after SBS's 'The King: Eternal Monarch' in 2020. As this is the next work that Lee Jeong-jin, who showed off her charismatic villain role, decided upon after careful consideration, expectations are high for another masterpiece of acting that Lee Jeong-jin will show.

Lee Jeong-jin has been communicating with viewers with a cheerful side that she has never shown before through entertainment programs such as SBS's 'Pyeon-Eok and Gongchi-ri 4 True Sword Battle'. In addition, he recently signed an exclusive contract with Image Nine Communications (A2Z Entertainment) and expressed his will to focus on his work as an actor by finding an agency for the first time in six years.

‘Queen of the Mask’ is a story that unfolds in front of three brilliantly successful friends when an old friend who became a murderer through a lie from 10 years ago appears in front of them. Actors including Lee Jeong-jin, Kim Sun-ah, Oh Yoon-ah, Shin Eun-jung, and Yoo Seon appear. ‘Queen of Mask’ is scheduled to air on Channel A in the first half of the year.
