Joo Sang-wook and Jo Jae-yoon took on the challenge of walking with a calf.

In KBS 2TV's entertainment show 'Second House', which aired on the 12th, the ups and downs of daily life of Joo Sang-wook and Jo Jae-yoon, 'real friends in their 40s' who are enjoying country life in Gangjin, Jeollanam-do, were depicted.

The two people, who had been sweating while making their own pond last week, complained of fatigue due to rapidly depleted physical strength from this morning. Jo Jae-yoon, who entered his 50s, brought with him a variety of nutritional supplements, from blood pressure medicine to hair loss medicine, causing regret. After washing his face, Joo Sang-wook looked in the mirror and recharged his energy by shouting, “You’re handsome.”

A calf from a Korean beef breeder right next door came to the couple's second home. While taking a walk around the village with the owner, we visited the yard of the second house of 'Joo Joo Brothers'. Joo Sang-wook couldn't take his eyes off the amazing sight, saying, "It looks so cute. This is my first time seeing a calf walking." Jo Jae-yoon was surprised and asked, “Does the calf recognize everything?” Next, Joo Sang-wook and Jo Jae-yoon went for a walk with a calf for the first time in their lives to visit a livestock farm run by a neighbor.

When Joo Sang-wook arrived at the barn, he was shocked by the herd of about 100 cows and was speechless. However, he soon found a cute calf that looked like it had just been born in the cowshed and smiled happily. Joo Sang-wook expressed admiration for the peaceful farmhouse, saying, "It's pretty. It looks like they're living really happily."

The two also took on the challenge of dressing the calf in winter clothing to protect it from the cold. Before dressing the calf, Joo Sang-wook strengthened his resolve, saying, “I need to communicate.”

On this day, the two people fell into memories while looking at an old phone book. Joo Sang-wook was happy and said, “I saw it when I was young, but I didn’t know it still existed.” Jo Jae-yoon recalled the distant past, saying, “When I was young, there were no telephones in our countryside.”

The two attempted to order food by looking at the phone book rather than through a delivery app. Joo Sang-wook, who was on the phone, urgently looked for Jo Jae-yoon and asked, “What is our address?” and made everyone laugh.

On this day's broadcast, the two people were surprised by the sudden snow falling in Gangjin. As the snow fell, Joo Sang-wook sensed an unusual energy, saying, "They say it hardly ever snows in Gangjin." Soon, a strong wind blew into the second house. As a result, the chicken coop in the yard was blown away by the strong wind, and four chickens escaped.

Joo Sang-wook, who witnessed the chicken coop flying away, expressed his bewilderment, saying, "I thought a strong wind had come from somewhere. It was like watching a CG movie. It was shocking to see the chicken coop flying away." Jo Jae-yoon expressed his despair, saying, “My dream was shattered.” The two people ran around to catch the four chickens scattered across the large yard. The chickens even tried to escape through the wide yard and into the rice fields.

The sight of the chicken trying to run and the two trying to catch it made people burst into laughter. Joo Sang-wook, who was flinching at the chicken's huge feet, was confused, saying, "I'm crazy! It's so scary. Is this an eagle or a chicken?" The chickens quickly ran out to the rice field. Joo Sang-wook shouted, “If you miss here, it will be a catastrophe,” and launched himself at the chicken. As the chicken ran away into the field, Jo Jae-yoon said, “It’s a complete memory of murder.” After a 30-minute chase, the two caught the chicken and returned home. However, when he saw the chicken coop overturned again by the strong wind without even having time to do anything, he burst out laughing and said, "Oh my god."

The viewership rating for this day's broadcast was 3.8% (provided by Nielsen Korea, based on households nationwide). Another scene where the chicken coop was overturned and the two people, out of desperation, fixed the coop with bricks had the highest viewership rating of 5.2% per minute.
