Yoo Jae-seok was the one who rescued Seo Jang-hoon

It was Yoo Jae-seok who reached out to Seo Jang-hoon, who was having a difficult time after divorcing Oh Jeong-yeon and retiring from basketball.

KBS2's 'Year-Round Plus', which aired on the 9th, looked at the ranking of gorgeous single icons.

Seo Jang-hoon took 6th place. Seo Jang-hoon played a key role in the basketball craze in the 1990s and was a national treasure center. Seo Jang-hoon married Oh Jeong-yeon, a former announcer and broadcaster, in May 2009, but divorced by agreement three years later in 2012.

Seo Jang-hoon, who wanted to end his career as a basketball player rather than through divorce, held a tearful retirement ceremony in 2013 after remaining active for one more year. In one entertainment show, Seo Jang-hoon confessed, "The divorce was announced after the season. Retirement is not important; it just ends with divorce. My basketball career ends with divorce."

Seo Jang-hoon, who had been resting for six months after retirement, receives a phone call from Yoo Jae-seok. Seo Jang-hoon's phone call from Yoo Jae-seok led him to embark on a new path as a broadcaster.

In one entertainment show, Seo Jang-hoon said, "Suddenly Yoo Jae-seok called me and said, 'Can you come here for 15 minutes?'" During the broadcast of 'Infinite Challenge', Yoo Jae-seok called Seo Jang-hoon and said, "You are a celebrity," leading Seo Jang-hoon into the broadcasting world. Since then, Seo Jang-hoon has been actively working as a broadcaster, hosting about 40 regular programs and winning the New Artist Award at the Entertainment Awards.
