Jeong Mi-ae said, "Before the surgery, I was worried that I might not be able to speak. After the surgery, I woke up in the intensive care unit and screamed, 'I feel like I'm going to throw up.' ' In the meantime, I thought, 'I can talk.'" He said. Jeong Mi-ae said, “I was lucky that I didn't have to undergo radiation or chemotherapy. They said the really dangerous period has passed.” She added, “If I had done radiation, it would have been difficult to sing. They said the cells would die.”


Jeong Mi-ae said, "At first, no one knew. After my story was broadcast, everyone was so surprised."
