Cha Tae-hyun's daughter was in danger while having a drink with Jung Yong-hwa, who came out with a 'psychopathic brain'.

In the 12th episode of KBS2TV's Monday-Tuesday drama 'Brain Collaboration', which aired on the 14th, Shin Haru (played by Jung Yong-hwa) confessed to being the psychopathic brain and Geum Myeong-se (played by Cha Tae-hyun)'s daughter was depicted in danger.

On this day's broadcast, Shin Haru thoroughly broke down all the sophistry by citing his past family history and professional environment as examples of the expression of psychopathic genes related to the growth process and environment that the suspect's lawyer argued in court. Geum Myeong-se, who was listening to Shin Haru's story, felt sorry but was also frightened by the fact that Shin Haru had a psychopathic brain.

Shin Haru and Geum Myung-se each suffered from the aftereffects of confessing to being a psychopathic brain. Shin Haru was scolded by his aunt Shin Ji-hyung (played by Kim Soo-jin), and Geum Myeong-se defended Shin Haru even though he was embarrassed by the questions about Shin Haru pouring in from people around him. Meanwhile, Kim Moran (played by Ye Ji-won), who had a calm appearance different from before, came to the neuroscience team and consulted with Shin Haru about his symptoms of hypersexuality. After hearing the story, Shin Haru became suspicious of Kim Moran's diet pills.

Shin Haru told Geum Myeong-se, "This is a diet pill that your ex-wife used to take. It may be the cause of her cheating," and asked the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety to investigate the drug. Upon checking the drug's ingredients, it was revealed that it contained Viagra for women. Shin Haru explained to Kim Moran, who came to the police station just in time, that the cause of her hypersexuality was a side effect of diet pills. In response, Kim Moran begged Geum Myeong-se to forgive her as it was a medical accident, putting Geum Myeong-se in an awkward position.

While Geum Myeong-se was disturbed by Kim Moran's continued courtship, Shin Haru came to ask for information about Hwang Dong-woo (played by Jeong Dong-hwan), whom Geum Myeong-se had asked for. Geum Myeong-se said that there was a low probability that Hwang Dong-woo was related to the incident involving Shin Haru's parents in 1994, and that he had no way to check traffic accident records, so he found out about it through an article search.

Shin Haru, who returned home, took a hint from the word article and searched for Hwang Dong-woo. While reading the article 'Doctor at a certain university hospital arrested on charges of murdering patient', he received a call from Hwang Dong-woo. Hwang Dong-woo asked Shin Haru why he didn't come to visit, and Shin Haru displeased Hwang Dong-woo by saying that he didn't need the doctor since he found the brain of a prison guard whose psychopathic tendencies had just manifested.

One after another, Shin Haru was contacted by Han Yeon-hee (played by Han Ji-wan), and Han Yeon-hee expressed her gratitude, saying that the psychopathic criminal's claim for a reduced sentence would not be accepted thanks to Shin Haru. Han Yeon-hee confessed her feelings to Shin Haru, but Shin Haru showed an incomprehensible expression, raising questions about the relationship between the two.

On the other hand, Geum Myeong-se was shocked when he suddenly heard that he and Seol So-jeong (played by Kwak Seon-yeong) were breaking up during a camping date. Afterwards, Geum Myeong-se showed the aftereffects of the breakup, saying that her heart felt like it was going to explode, and Shin Haru recommended that Geum Myeong-se take painkillers. Geum Myung-se, who said she felt better after taking painkillers, said Shin Haru was suffering from broken heart syndrome and said, "The brain perceives the pain of a broken heart and physical pain similarly." When I mentioned time, peace, and a change of mood as ways to overcome the breakup, Geum Myeong-se left the office, saying she wanted a change of mood.

Afterwards, Shin Haru appeared in front of Geum Myeong-se, who was drinking alone, saying, “What kind of love is a guy like me?” Geum Myeong-se declared to Shin Haru, "How can you know my heart? You've never been in love and you've never been separated, right?" However, Shin Haru revealed his honest feelings and said, "I had a bigger breakup than you can imagine. I broke up with my beloved parents. I think it was after that. My brain changed. I can't explain it, but something changed." It was unfortunate. Geum Myeong-se caught Shin Haru, who was trying to drink alone, and clinked the glasses together, saying, "You should drink it anyway. A toast to the brain that was hurt by the breakup."

The moment Shin Haru and Geum Myeong-se exchanged a toast after sharing each other's pain and inner thoughts, a dramatic ending was drawn in which Geum Myeong-se's daughter Ina (played by Kim Ah-song) faced danger. Geum Myeong-se's daughter Ina was shown looking down at her seemingly dead friend with her hands covered in blood.
