Kim Seong-cheol joins ‘Hell 2’ instead of Yoo Ah-in

Actor Kim Seong-cheol will join the Netflix series 'Hell 2' in place of Yoo Ah-in, who is accused of drug use.

On the 2nd, Netflix released the casting lineup for ‘Hell 2’. 'Hell 2' is a story about a supernatural phenomenon in which people are sentenced to hell by the messengers of hell who appear without suffering, and who take advantage of this chaos to become entangled with the revived religious group Saejinrihoe and those who try to reveal the truth of the incident.

Kim Hyun-joo returns as Min Hye-jin, a lawyer who fights against the actions of Arrowhead, a fanatic group that follows New Truth Association and Jeong Jin-su, and Kim Seong-cheol plays the role of Jeong Jin-su, the first chairman, who hid his journey to hell to protect the doctrines of New Truth Association. Kim Shin-rok, Lee Dong-hee, Yang Ik-jun, and Lee Re, who play the roles of Park Jeong-ja, Chairman Kim Jeong-chil, Jin Kyung-hoon, and Jin Hee-jeong, will also appear in Season 2, depicting the backstories of those at the center of chaos.

New characters will also appear to add richness to the narrative. Yang Dong-geun appears as the leader of Sodo along with Min Hye-jin, and Im Seong-jae appears as a member of Sodo who lost a precious person to the messenger of hell. Jo Dong-in and Moon Geun-young, who made a special appearance, played the role of the arrowhead leader who leads supporters under the names of each pinwheel and teacher Sunshine.
