On the 23rd, an online production presentation for KBS1's new daily drama 'Golden, Okja' was held. Director Kim Jung-min and actors Shin Ye-eun, Ryeowoon, Kang Hoon, Jeong Geon-ju, Oh Man-seok, and Han Chae-ah attended. Director Choi Ji-young, Seo Jun-young, Yoon Da-young, Kim Si-hoo, Choi Jong-hwan, Song Chae-hwan, Lee Eung-kyung, Kim Young-ho, Choi Jae-won, Lee Yun-seong, Choi Phillip, Kang Da-hyeon, and Kim Si-eun attended.
'It's Gold, It's Ok' is a delightful and heartwarming story of a family growing up while raising a child, Geumgang-san, a single dad, and Ok Mi-rae, an adopted child.
Director Choi Ji-young said, "It's a fun drama. The motto of KBS 1TV dramas is 'something that can give people fun entertainment, relaxation, and a warm message.' I thought it would be good to bring out a new story there, but these days, it's a variety of forms. Isn't there a family? I thought it would be a good idea to tell the story of a father raising a daughter with a disease in middle school, and the story of the family coming together tightly. I'm trying to tell it in a novel way. I'm trying to give viewers empathy and laughter. Creating a family “I tried to make a drama that was like a magic spell,” he said. He laughed and said, "Yesterday, I had a dream about moving to a large mansion. The interpretation of the dream said that I would achieve great success. It was a palace-like mansion. I thought it was an auspicious event, so I wrote it down on my desk."

Seo Jun-young, who returned to daily dramas, said, "I did the youth drama 'Rounding' when I was 20. I continued to act as a child even after I turned 20. I wanted to be the main character on KBS, so I worked hard at that time. I was wondering if I could come back after 7 years. “I can’t help but be grateful to the director. As soon as he first saw me, he said, ‘You’re strong.’” He then expressed his determination, saying, “I have been saving up my energy for 7 years. I will pour it all into this.”
Seo Jun-young was satisfied with his role as a father, saying, “When I heard ‘Dad’ on set, I thought, ‘This is why I’m giving birth to a daughter.’” He then laughed, saying, "I want to be like a friend, not an uncle, so I'm looking for a lot of information on the Internet. I secretly like uncle jokes, but I don't know if they're real or not, so I go home and think about it."

Dayoung Yoon previously worked with director Jiyoung Choi in ‘National Team Wife’. Dayoung Yoon said, "During 'National Team Wife', I was bright and immature because I was the youngest daughter. The director was worried at first. I am a character with a variety of emotions who has a painful future and loves her family while paying attention to them. The director gave me a lot of advice on what to do. He thanked me again, saying, “Thank you for visiting me again.” He continued, "My mother liked it a lot. The director also said, 'Your mother likes it a lot, right?' “He said so.”
Da-young Yoon said, "I almost worked with Jun-young in a movie before, but that fell through. But we ended up doing a drama together. I thought that the person I was going to be working with was going to be working with me. We were comfortable from the beginning and we are getting along well." He continued, “I haven’t filmed with senior Sihoo yet, but I’m acting with a nervous heart because it’s a role I have a crush on.”

Kim Si-eun is expected to add vitality to the play as Geum Jan-di, the daughter of Mt. Geumgang and the onset of middle school illness, which is said to be scarier than a compatible mama. Kim Si-eun said, “I can only play the role of a middle school student with a disease right now, so I’m grateful that I get to do it.” In fact, Kim Si-eun, who is in her third year of middle school this year, said, "I have experienced and feel the emotions of puberty that come and go even over trivial things. I think I was able to understand and sympathize with Jandi's emotions. That helped me play a 15-year-old girl with a middle school disease. “It’s done,” he said. Kim Si-eun said, “My dad (Seo Jun-young) gave me a lot of gifts and we became close while filming, so now I’m like my real dad,” and added, “All my reactions to my dad were sincere.”

In addition, Song Chae-hwan will play the role of Ma Hong-do, Geumgang-san's mother-in-law and a powerful figure at Hong-done's side dish shop, and Lee Eung-kyung will show off her experience as Hwang Chan-ran, Ok Mi-rae's adoptive mother and the unmarried only daughter of the chairman of Hwangdong Food. Kim Young-ho gives a lively and passionate performance as Kim Doo-ho, a baker who lives in the doorway of Mahong-dong, and Choi Jae-won shows off his powerful acting skills as Geum Seon-dal, the free-spirited father of Geumgangsan.
In addition, Lee Yoon-seong plays Dong Gyu-seon, the younger brother of Dong Gyu-cheol, a blameless but cute old miss, and Choi Phillip plays Eun Sang-soo, the eldest son-in-law who monopolizes the love of his mother-in-law, Ma Hong-do. Kang Da-hyeon will show off her lively and lively role as Lee Ye-ju, Ma Hong-do's third daughter and a job seeker.
