On this day's broadcast, Ryu Soo-young visited Korean restaurants located in Gangnam and Shizuoka, Japan. As the influence of K-culture has become stronger, there are a lot of customers visiting Korean restaurants in Japan. Ryu Soo-young wanted to promote the taste of Korean food there. Accordingly, among his various recipes, Ryu Soo-young chose Galbae Jeyuk, a menu item that has received a lot of love from many people and has relatively no likes or dislikes.

As it was cooking in a foreign country and in an unfamiliar kitchen, Ryu Soo-young also seemed a bit embarrassed. However, I soon regained my concentration and completed the delicious Galbae Jeyuk. Ryu Soo-young's Galbae Jeyuk was finally placed on the Japanese guests' tables. Ryu Soo-young and Gangnam watched with nervousness. Japanese guests enjoyed Ryu Soo-young's galbae jeyuk. The menu reviewers who tasted Ryu Soo-young's menu did not spare high praise. As a result, Ryu Soo-young won the final championship. With this, Ryu Soo-young achieved a total of 11 wins in ‘Newly Released Pyeon Restaurant’.
