SBS launches ‘Cool Neighborhood Restaurant’
SBS foreshadowed the birth of a new solutionist who will turn a 'small cafe' on the verge of closure into a 'big hit cafe'.

SBS's new entertainment show 'Hands on Hot!' ‘Neighborhood Cool Restaurant’ (hereinafter referred to as ‘Neighborhood Cool Restaurant’) is launched. ‘Neighborhood Cool Restaurant’ is a ‘cafe cardiopulmonary resuscitation’ program that visits cafes that are in danger of closing down and regenerates them into ‘nice restaurants’, and further saves local commercial districts. In 'Neighborhood Cool Restaurant', the secrets of total branding across the entire cafe are taught, from analysis of commercial areas to menu development, know-how in operating methods, and space interior, and shows the process of a so-called 'small' cafe being reborn as a 'big hit' cafe.

For this purpose, a top-level expert in the industry, known as the ‘myth of K-Cafe’, is said to have stepped forward. He is the person who created dessert cafes and shabu-shabu restaurants that are so explosively popular that they are called ‘waiting hell’. He earned the title of 'neighborhood expert' by regenerating Ikseon-dong and Changsin-dong, Seoul, which were dead neighborhoods, into hot places.

He uses his 'space branding' ability, which reflects his own philosophy, to revitalize the local commercial district, starting with a cafe that was on the verge of closure. He also reveals the secret to leading more than 50 brands to success and the know-how of generating 30 billion won in annual sales.

‘Neighborhood Cool Restaurant’ began recruiting applicants to participate in the program on the 18th. ‘Cool Neighborhood Restaurant’ is scheduled to air in the first half of the year.
