Lee Yong-sik, “I need to get Lee Soo-min and Wonhyuk married.”

Comedian Lee Yong-sik surprisingly approved the marriage of his daughter Lee Su-min and Won Hyuk.

In TV Chosun's 'Joseon's Lover', which aired on May 1, Lee Yong-sik was shown agreeing to the marriage of Won-hyuk and Lee Su-min.

On this day's broadcast, Wonhyuk claimed to be Lee Yong-sik's daily manager. He said, "Today, my father is officiating the wedding of a junior comedian. So, I will take him there, stay with him, and bring him back. That is today's schedule. I will do my best to make it comfortable for you."

Wonhyuk started cleaning the inside of the car before Yongsik Lee arrived. The production team of ‘Joseon’s Lover’ asked, “Are you always nervous about taking your father with you?” Wonhyuk replied, “I’m always nervous.” Wonhyuk confessed, "If you go to the wedding today, there will be a lot of junior comedians. I have a small, one-sided expectation of myself asking if you will introduce me to the wedding."

What does ‘marriage’ mean to Wonhyuk? He laughed, saying, “Marriage means having someone by your side for the rest of your life. Having someone to be with. What more can people who get married want?” Lee Yong-sik got into the car driven by Won-hyuk. Lee Yong-sik said, "How soon will you arrive? Don't look at me, talk while driving." He added, "Sometimes when I talk to Sumin, she looks to the side while talking. That's the most dangerous thing. It's the same as looking at a cell phone."

Until a few months ago, there was no conversation between Lee Yong-sik and Won-hyuk. It was different from when Wonhyuk had to speak first. Now, Lee Yong-sik started the conversation. Lee Yong-sik continued to nag Won-hyuk. Lee Yong-sik officiated the wedding of Yang Jun-mo and Min Sol-yu. Lee Yong-sik said, "I had the illusion that I was receiving a lot of love, but I felt jealous because it seemed like my daughter Sumin's boyfriend was receiving love instead of me."

Wonhyuk was surprised to hear this. Lee Yong-sik received cheers by saying, “When I came here today, I felt, ‘Now I have to get married.’” Lee Yong-sik said, "I hope that fathers who are against marriage will see this today and decide to get married. I agree." Wonhyuk shed tears. Lee Yong-sik said, "Because this wedding was a complete festival, I suddenly thought that if it were a fun, exciting, and wonderful wedding, I could send my daughter off as well. I made that surprise announcement too. I'm serious, I'm serious."

After officiating the wedding, Yongsik Lee moved with Wonhyuk. Wonhyuk said, “Thank you so much for what you said today.” But Lee Yong-sik responded, “What?” Wonhyuk trailed off by saying, “What you said during the officiating speech.” Then Lee Yong-sik said, "It's always changing until you enter the wedding hall? Do you know what I'm talking about?" He explained, "No one is perfect. Anyway, if Sumin and her mother decide, that's a sure thing. I also included in my officiating speech that I'm trying to follow along. I try to think of it that way."
