80-year-old Seo Soo-nam reveals girlfriend 16 years younger than him

Singer Seo Soo-nam revealed that he has been dating a man 16 years younger than him for two years.

In TV Chosun's 'Star Documentary My Way' broadcast on the 3rd, the life story of Seo Soo-nam, a first-generation folk and country singer who swept Korea, was revealed.

On this day's broadcast, Seo Soo-nam went to meet someone. He said, "It's just someone who is very interested in my songs and gives me strength. Sometimes I need a friend like that too."

There was a mysterious woman waiting for Seo Soo-nam. Su-nam Seo said, “Did you come first? Why did the woman come first? The man just waited.” The mysterious woman smiled and said, “I only want Seosoo-nam.”

Seo Soo-nam described the mysterious woman as “his girlfriend.” He said, "He is the person who comforts me more than anyone else. I am meeting him because I think that if I have joy, it would be good to have someone with whom I can share the joy."

I am the girlfriend of Seo Soo-nam, who has been dating for two years. Seo Soo-nam said, "I think we met for the first time at my exhibition hall. A person who lives nearby was having a meal with acquaintances, and we ended up talking on the phone. Then, he confessed to me that he liked my songs. I haven't seen any deep fans, but he's the only fan."

Seo Soo-nam's girlfriend confessed, "I should say it was pure. I felt like my heart was purified. Even at this age, you still sing such songs. I think I fell in love with that charm." He also said, "The reactions seem to be divided into two. Some people say that if you are happy, they will support you, while others say that you are entering a difficult path."

She added, "Because I nursed my husband for 10 years, so I had that experience, and I knew the answer to how I could help when the teacher was sick and having a hard time. That's why I was confident."

Seo Soo-nam expressed his affection, saying, "(Girlfriend) was a great comfort. Isn't the joy gained through people the best medicine that erases depression? It can't be cured with medicine; I think I was cured in the warmth of people."
