Entering the new world of EL... Cha Ye-ryun, Park Hyo-joo's memorial, not a curse? "die"
In the 3rd episode of ENA's Wednesday & Thursday drama, 'Battle of Happiness', which aired on the 7th, Jang Mi-ho (played by EL) entered the apartment where he lived while protecting the two daughters of Yoo-jin Oh (played by Hyo-joo Park) who died. Along with this, the suspicious actions of Song Jung-ah (played by Jin Seo-yeon), Kim Na-yeong (played by Cha Ye-ryun), and Hwang Ji-ye (played by Woo Jeong-won) in relation to Oh Yu-jin's death unfolded, stimulating curiosity.
On this day, Jang Mi-ho, as a bereaved family member of Oh Yu-jin, guarded his funeral home. However, Oh Yu-jin's father-in-law (Nam Myung-ryeol)'s proposal to take care of Ji-yul and Ha-yul was rejected like a knife. Jang Mi-ho tried to shake Oh Yu-jin out of her life again, but her thoughts on Oh Yu-jin did not go away easily. Jang Mi-ho's daily life was already dominated by Oh Yu-jin, including constantly thinking about what she had said during the last phone call with Oh Yu-jin, as well as looking at Oh Yu-jin's SNS comments.
Song Jung-ah and Kim Na-young also could not easily get out of Oh Yu-jin's death. Song Jung-ah said to Kim Na-young, who looked somewhat uneasy, "Don't feel guilty because it's not our fault." They continued to do suspicious things, such as planting a tree in memory of Oh Yu-jin, burying amulets together, and buying an aunt who works at Oh Yu-jin's house to send them to another place. In addition, Song Jung-ah hid from each other the fact that she received a video from Oh Yu-jin and Kim Na-young a photo, arousing curiosity.
In the end, Jang Mi-ho couldn't refuse the request to urgently take care of Ji-yul and Ha-yul, and came to the Heritage English Kindergarten. He became closer little by little as he spent time with the children, such as going to the aquarium. The children also gradually began to rely on Jang Mi-ho. Late at night when Jang Mi-ho went home, the children went out of the house and turned the whole apartment upside down to find Jang Mi-ho.
From Jang Mi-ho to the mothers of Heritage, everyone was looking for their children. Song Jeong-ah directed the mothers and found out the children's information through SNS. Through this, Jang Mi-ho, who found the children safely, expressed her gratitude to Song Jung-ah in particular. Song Jung-ah said, “How special Mr. Yujin was to me,” but at the end of the phone call with Jang Mi-ho, he made a strange expression and reversed the atmosphere.
It wasn't just Song Jeong-ah. From Kim Na-young, who brings home a 'Memory Tree' sign commemorating Oh Yu-jin and breaks it while repeating the words "die" to herself, to Hwang Ji-ye, who rips off the amulet that Song Jung-ah and Kim Na-young buried under the tree. The nights of other mothers who could not easily fall asleep also created a suspicious atmosphere and increased tension.
Then, Jang Mi-ho took Ji-yul and Ha-yul into the apartment where Oh Yu-jin lived. Jang Mi-ho even informs the team leader that she is going on vacation. It was an expected ending to see what truth he would find in this place where these suspicious mothers live.
