"What ending do you want, light or dark?" Jungwoo found out the secret of the stolen novel... a new mystery begins
Jung-woo finally found out the secret of the stolen novel.

In the JTBC Wednesday-Thursday drama 'Brothers of Miracles', which aired on the 12th, it was revealed that the unidentified miracle boy (played by Bae Hyeon-seong) was Lee Kang-san, who time slipped from 1995, and rice cakes thrown so far were recovered. The manuscript 'God is Dead', which Yook Dong-ju (played by Jung-woo) got involved in a car accident with Kang-san, was a novel written by Kang-san's older brother Lee Ha-neul about a murder case he actually witnessed 27 years ago and a plan for revenge. And Lee Ha-neul was the mysterious man, Kai (played by Oh Man-seok).

Dong-ju is shocked to find a student who looks exactly like the miracle boy (played by Bae Hyeon-seong) in a 1995 photo displayed in the principal's office at her alma mater. According to the memory of the principal (played by Lee Han-wi), the student's name is Lee Kang-san, and he lived at Cheonyeong Orphanage with his older brother, but these brothers disappeared at once that year. Kang San's older brother was so good at studying that he only got first place in Taegang High School, which is said to be only for talented students, and was an extraordinary talent with excellent drawing and writing skills. However, no one was looking for an orphan without a family, and the disappearance of the two students at the time ended with a simple runaway.

Dong-ju also found out a surprising fact from Kang-san's friend who became a teacher at his alma mater. He said the last time he saw Kangsan was at the police station. At the time, Kangsan appealed, "There is no reason for my brother to run away. Obviously something happened," but no police paid attention to the orphan who went out on his own. Also, there was a scar on Kangsan's back that seemed to have been caused by being beaten, and his older brother's name was "Lee Ha-neul, which means sky." Sky, the name I heard somewhere, was Kai, the mysterious man who threatened Dong-ju to change the ending of the novel.

Dong-ju's novel and the posthumous screenplay of film director Shin Gyeong-cheol, which has been plagued with plagiarism, have completed the final puzzle. The fact that Shin Gyeong-cheol was from Taegang High School made Dong-ju intuit that he was portrayed in the novel as an aspiring film director who filmed a murder scene. The fact that the development of the scenario in which the murders committed by the teenagers of influential families were covered up coincided with the novel meant that he had witnessed the murders at the time. With this, Dong-ju, convinced that Lee Ha-neul was Kai who wrote the novel, left a message on the writer's bulletin board of the publisher's website. Curiosity and anticipation arose at the same time as to whether there would be a response to the message "What ending do you want? Light, darkness, Kai, which one are you?"

In the meantime, Kang San recalled the memory of meeting Dong-ju's father, Yuk Chan-seong (played by Yoon Na-mu). "Go out the back door. Don't trust anyone. You must never go to the nursery school," he remembered, leaving behind Chansung's trust and running away. At that time, the person who handed me the bag containing the manuscript of the novel was also Chansung. The unbelievable fact that Kang-san met Chan-sung at Dong-ju's bookstore, which was run by her father, raised questions for Dong-ju. There is definitely a father between acts 1 and 2 of the novel, which depicts the whole story of the murder of a homeless man in Sopyeong Lake, which Lee Ha-neul witnessed and experienced, and his plan for revenge. Another mystery exploded about what happened between the substitute Dong-joo's father, Chan-sung, and Kang-san and Ha-neul's brothers.

Hyeon-soo (played by Yoo-rim Park) and his partner Byeong-man (played by Ahn Na-sang), who are investigating a serial murder, also came closer to the truth about the murder of a homeless man 27 years ago. Judging from the facts we have found so far, the real criminal's parents, who had power and power at the time, put forward a fake witness, Jeon Doo-hyeon, and made the helpless homeless Noh Myung-nam (played by Woo-hyeon) the criminal. The person who really witnessed the murder was Lee Ha-neul, a student who had been looking for Byeong-man. However, Byeon Jong-il (played by Choi Gwang-il), an incumbent member of the National Assembly and a former detective, was instigated to cover up all the truth.

If all of this turns out to be true, it was clear that there would be a huge aftermath for the police organization. However, Hyeon-soo and Byeong-man, who know that the murder can be stopped only by revealing the truth, set out to find Lee Ha-neul and Noh Myeong-nam. And at that time, Ha-neul was with Myeong-nam, who ran a laundry after serving 25 years in prison and released from prison two years ago.
