CORTIS's 'REDRED' Climbs Global Charts, Nears Double Million Seller Status
The title track from CORTIS's (Martin, James, Juhun, Sunghyun, Gunho) second mini-album has secured the 98th spot on Spotify's 'Daily Top Songs Global' chart as of April 26. After debuting at 184th on April 22, it has remained on the chart for five consecutive days, climbing 37 spots from the previous day to break into the 'Top 100'.
In South Korea's 'Daily Top Songs', 'REDRED' rose two places to secure the 2nd position. Additionally, it charted in 20 countries/regions, including Taiwan (2nd), Vietnam (8th), Belarus (25th), and Japan (173rd). The daily streaming numbers, which form the basis for these rankings, remain stable. On April 26 alone, 'REDRED' was streamed approximately 1.9 million times on Spotify. Since its release on April 20, it has consistently garnered streams, with 1.31 million on the release day, 2.06 million on April 24, and 1.82 million on April 25.
On Apple Music's 'Today's Top 100: South Korea', 'REDRED' maintained the top spot for two consecutive days as of April 27. It first entered the chart at 72nd on April 21, then climbed to 3rd on April 24, 2nd on April 25, and finally reached 1st on April 26. It also entered the 'Today's Top 100: Global' at 68th. Meanwhile, on Bugs Music's 'Daily Chart' for April 26, it jumped 50 places to 32nd.
The mini-album 'GREENGREEN', featuring 'REDRED', is on the verge of reaching 1 million pre-saves on Spotify, with 944,000 as of April 28. According to YG Plus and Universal Records, pre-orders for the album reached 2,129,756 copies as of April 27, raising anticipation for a consecutive 'double million seller' achievement following their first mini-album.
