Xdinary Heroes Unveils Tension-Filled Mood Film for Upcoming Album 'DEAD AND'
The band is set to make a comeback with their 8th mini-album 'DEAD AND' and its title track 'Voyager' on April 17. On March 30, JYP Entertainment shared a mood film on Xdinary Heroes' official social media channels, offering a glimpse into the album's atmosphere.
The video begins by showcasing a static space with faint smoke rising. A low resonance spreads as questions about Xdinary Heroes' name, age, family, love, and fears are posed. The chilling resonance of a singing bowl, dynamic scenes of flickering eyes, and rapid breathing enhance the film's immersive quality.
Ahead of their comeback, Xdinary Heroes released the pre-release track 'X room' and its music video on March 25. All members participated in the creation of 'X room,' a song that rewinds time like a film, conveying a promise that everything will be okay. The music video, noted for its serene imagery, tells a touching story of characters leaving traces in each other's time and space by exchanging small buttons.
This new release comes approximately six months after their 7th mini-album 'LXVE to DEATH' in October last year. The album 'DEAD AND' includes the title track 'Voyager,' the pre-release track 'X room,' and five other tracks: 'Helium Balloon,' 'No Cool Kids Zone,' 'Hurt So Good,' 'Rise High Rise,' and 'KTM.' All members contributed to the album's credits, showcasing their musical talents.
Xdinary Heroes' 8th mini-album 'DEAD AND' and the title track 'Voyager' will be available on various music sites at 1 PM on April 17. On the same day, a comeback fan showcase will be held at 8 PM at Korea University's Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul.
