CJ ENM's 'KCON JAPAN 2026' is set to broaden the spectrum of K-experience with the introduction of the new K-Story Zone, featuring actors Park Seo-ham and Lee Chae-min. From immersive stories to expanded beauty experiences, the event promises a richer K-experience.

Taking place from May 8 to 10 at Makuhari Messe in Japan, 'KCON JAPAN 2026' is the world's largest K-lifestyle festival, offering a one-stop destination for the latest K-trends that captivate global fans. As the artist lineup is revealed, excitement is building, and the 'FESTIVAL GROUNDS'—an integral part of KCON—will feature newly established experiential spaces and festival fusions to satisfy all senses.

The festival grounds, enhancing KCON's unique offerings, will include experiential spaces where attendees can engage with various 'K' elements such as K-POP, beauty, food, and stories. This year, the K-Story Zone is newly introduced, and the K-Beauty Zone is further expanded. Collaborations with industry leaders like Olive Young and CJ 4DPLEX will transform these areas into advanced K-lifestyle experiences.

The K-BEAUTY ZONE will host the first-ever 'Olive Young Festa World Tour' at KCON. Attendees can explore K-beauty trends curated by Olive Young, a leader in global beauty trends, and gain insights from top K-beauty experts. The zone will also offer a seamless beauty shopping experience connecting global apps with the event, along with exclusive goodie bags available only at KCON.

The newly established K-STORY ZONE will showcase K-content foundational to K-culture, such as dramas and films. This signature KCON space will feature actors Park Seo-ham, known for captivating global fans with a wide spectrum of roles, and Lee Chae-min, a rising star recognized for his work in tvN's 'The Tyrant's Chef.' Lee Chae-min recently confirmed his relationship with fellow actor Ryu Da-in.

Inspired by a multi-cultural space, the K-Story Zone will include a 'SCREENX' theater, offering an immersive cinematic experience. Utilizing CJ 4DPLEX's three-sided screen technology, attendees can enjoy the visual immersion typically reserved for theaters. The zone will screen popular K-dramas produced by Studio Dragon and AI-enhanced films, providing a comprehensive K-storytelling experience. More details will be released in due course.

KCON, which began in Irvine, USA, in 2012, has been held in 14 regions worldwide, including Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas, attracting approximately 2.23 million offline attendees. Through digital platforms, millions of global fans transcend language and borders, forming a powerful fandom and establishing KCON as a unique platform for artists and brands to expand globally.
