Soundtrack of 'The King and the Clown' Released Globally
The film 'The King and the Clown' is set to release an album featuring its entire original soundtrack (OST).

On the 12th, distributor Showbox announced that the digital soundtrack will be available from noon on major music platforms both domestically and internationally, reaching music stores in 50 countries worldwide. This album focuses on conveying the lingering emotions of the film through music, telling the story of a young exiled king and the village chief who cares for him.

Composer Dalparan, who served as the music director, crafted the film's unique lyrical atmosphere and tension. By blending Western string instruments with traditional Korean percussion, the music creates a sharp atmosphere during conflicts between characters and a calm feeling as their bonds deepen.

Director Dalparan explained, "I aimed to create a unique feel by mixing Eastern and Western instruments, hoping the film's emotional impact would be conveyed to the audience at an appropriate level." Given the positive feedback and requests for a release from audiences who have already seen the film, the album's release is expected to continue the film's success.
