Jung Eun-ji Revives Classic Drama Song 'Parrot' with New Digital Single
Singer Jung Eun-ji is set to breathe new life into the song 'Parrot,' originally featured in the popular 2006 drama 'Princess Hours.'

TME Group (TV Chosun ENM) announced that they will release the digital single 'Parrot,' a collaboration with Jung Eun-ji, on various music streaming platforms at 6 PM on November 3rd. This reimagined version comes nearly 20 years after the original release, featuring a fresh arrangement centered around strings, guitar, and bass sounds.

The track showcases Jung Eun-ji's unique husky voice and vocal prowess, capturing the poignant emotion of the original. By adding a modern twist to the familiar melody, the song aims to resonate with both those who remember the original and a younger audience.

Currently, Jung Eun-ji is balancing activities celebrating the 15th anniversary of her group Apink along with her solo projects. This remake follows singer Zia's single release and is part of TME Group's initiative to expand its musical repertoire beyond trot music.

An Seok-jun, CEO of TME Group, stated, "Building on TV Chosun ENM's strengths in trot, TME Group will not be confined to any single genre. We plan to continuously collaborate with artists who possess high-quality music and authentic vocals to secure valuable music IP."

Jung Eun-ji's remake single 'Parrot' will be officially released at 6 PM on November 3rd.
