According to her agency, EDAM Entertainment, the video reached this milestone at around 7:08 PM on the 1st. This marks IU's third music video to achieve over 200 million views.

Released in November 2019, 'Blueming' features lyrics that cleverly translate the excitement of a budding romance into a mobile messenger conversation. The song's upbeat synth sound enhances IU's lively charm. Since its release, both the song and the video have maintained strong popularity.

The music video offers visual delight with its witty editing that mimics a real-time chat window and its vibrant colors. The natural performances of the cast complement the song's relatable narrative. Its high-quality mise-en-scène encourages repeated viewing, driving a steady increase in views.
