CORTIS Nominated for iHeartRadio Music Awards: A Breakthrough for K-pop
Additionally, their debut album's intro track 'GO!' has been nominated for 'Favorite TikTok Dance,' where they will compete against pop icons like Taylor Swift and Tate McRae. Notably, CORTIS is the only K-pop boy group nominated in this category.
The iHeartRadio Music Awards, organized by the American online radio broadcaster iHeartRadio since 2014, recognizes artists based on their performance on the network's stations and app. This year's ceremony will be broadcast live on March 26th via the FOX channel.
CORTIS's nomination reflects their impressive performance on North American charts. Their album 'COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES' reached No. 15 on the Billboard 200 as of September 27, 2025, the highest debut for a K-pop group album excluding project groups. On Spotify, the album is nearing 300 million streams just four months after its release.
The nominated track 'GO!' has surpassed 210,000 video creations on TikTok as of the morning of the 9th. It also achieved over 100 million streams on Spotify faster than any other K-pop boy group release last year and was featured in promotional videos for the MLB postseason.
In another groundbreaking achievement, CORTIS will headline the 'NBA Crossover Concert Series' on February 12th at the Los Angeles Convention Center, becoming the first K-pop artist to do so.
