K-Pop Star Son Bina Appointed as Ambassador for Love Fruit Charity
The Community Chest of Korea announced on the 9th that "singer Son Bina has been appointed as an ambassador for Love Fruit." The appointment ceremony took place on the 8th at the '1st Gyeonggi Honors Day Charity Golf Tournament.'
Son Bina expressed, "Whether big or small, sharing brings hope and courage to someone and gives me great happiness. As an ambassador, I will do my best to convey this spirit so that more people can participate in sharing."
Kwon In-wook, Chairman of Gyeonggi Love Fruit, stated, "It is meaningful to appoint Son Bina, who has a warm voice and bright energy, as an ambassador. We hope she will spread hope to neighbors based on her positive influence."
On the 7th, during her first fan meeting 'Star, Light, Night,' Son Bina, along with 'Mr. Trot 3' Top 7 members Choon Gil and Choi Jae Myung, donated a total of 4 million won to Gyeonggi Love Fruit, combining the proceeds from a fish-shaped bread event with personal contributions. The trio also joined the 'Sharing Leaders,' a group of individual donors for Love Fruit.
Son Bina plans to participate in spreading the culture of sharing through talent donations, campaign participation, and media appearances.
Son Bina debuted in 2018 with her first album 'Dadeumi.' She has since gained recognition through various trot competition programs and reached the finals in 'Mr. Trot 3.' Recently, she has been active with a nationwide tour and television appearances.
