TWICE to Make History with First Solo Concert at Tokyo National Stadium in 2026
TWICE is set to make history as the first overseas artist to hold a solo concert at Japan's Tokyo National Stadium in April 2026.

On November 7, TWICE announced via their official Japanese social media channels that they will be adding three solo concerts at the Tokyo National Stadium to their sixth world tour, <THIS IS FOR>. The concerts are scheduled for April 25, 26, and 28, 2026, and will feature a 360-degree open seating arrangement. This historic event is expected to draw approximately 80,000 attendees per show, totaling around 240,000 fans over the three performances, marking it as the largest concert by an overseas artist at the venue.

In September, TWICE concluded their Japanese dome tour, attracting a total of 400,000 fans. At the end of their final Tokyo Dome concert, they hinted at their ambition to perform on even larger stages, foreshadowing the 2026 Tokyo National Stadium concerts. This milestone not only marks their first entry into the prestigious venue but also signifies their continued growth and status as a 'global top-tier girl group,' capturing the attention of fans worldwide.

Recently, TWICE achieved another milestone by earning a platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for their mini 14th album track 'Strategy,' released on December 6, 2024. This makes them the first K-pop girl group to receive such an honor, following their 17-week presence on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

As TWICE celebrates their 10th anniversary, they continue to demonstrate limitless growth and are expected to further expand their global presence.
