Stray Kids have made history by securing their 8th consecutive No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.

According to Billboard's official website on December 2nd, Stray Kids' latest release, 'SKZ IT TAPE' featuring the double title tracks 'Do It' and 'DIVINE', debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and Hot 100 charts, among 11 other chart entries.

In its first week, the album sold approximately 295,000 copies in the U.S., propelling it to the top of the Billboard 200. Following their August release of the full-length album 'KARMA', which made them the first artists in Billboard 200's 70-year history to debut seven consecutive projects at No. 1, Stray Kids have once again reached the pinnacle with their new album, continuing their 'world's first' record.

With this achievement, Stray Kids now hold eight Billboard 200 No. 1 albums, joining the ranks of The Beatles and The Rolling Stones, and tying with U2 for the third most No. 1 albums by a group globally. They have also broken their own record as the 'group with the most No. 1s on the chart in the 2000s', solidifying their status as global powerhouses with eight shining albums at the top of the Billboard 200.

One of the double title tracks, 'Do It', debuted at No. 68 on the Hot 100, a key indicator of mainstream success in the U.S. music market. The song, which previously performed well on the UK Official Charts and Spotify, marks the group's fifth entry on the Hot 100, showcasing their global appeal. Additionally, the album topped 11 categories, including 'Artist 100', 'Top Album Sales', 'Top Current Album Sales', 'World Albums', and 'World Digital Song Sales'.

Their previous album, 'KARMA', continues to enjoy long-term success on the Billboard 200, ranking at No. 35 on December 6th and maintaining a 14-week streak on the chart. This achievement marks the first time Stray Kids have had two albums simultaneously charting on the Billboard 200. Furthermore, 'KARMA' and 'DO IT' have sold approximately 296,000 and 286,000 physical and digital copies, respectively, ranking them third and fourth in pure album sales in the U.S. for 2025, achieving the highest results for a K-pop artist this year.
