Stray Kids Achieve Eighth Consecutive No. 1 on Billboard 200 with 'SKZ IT TAPE: DO IT'

Stray Kids have made history once again by securing their eighth consecutive No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200 with their latest album, 'SKZ IT TAPE: DO IT'.

According to Billboard's preview article on October 30th, the album, released on November 21st, sold approximately 295,000 units in its first week in the United States, earning the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart dated December 6th.

With this achievement, Stray Kids have become the first artist in history to have all eight of their albums debut at No. 1, solidifying their status as the group with the most Billboard 200 No. 1 records in the 2000s. Since the inception of the Billboard 200 in 1956, they have set new records twice this year, further proving their global influence.

In terms of 2025 album sales, Stray Kids' latest release ranks seventh, following Taylor Swift, Morgan Wallen, The Weeknd, Sabrina Carpenter, their own fourth studio album 'KARMA', and Playboi Carti. Their impressive performance, following Taylor Swift's seven-week reign at No. 1, has garnered significant industry attention.

Stray Kids have also made their mark on the UK Official Charts. On the Official Trending Chart, their double title tracks 'Do It' and '신선놀음' ranked at No. 5 and No. 9, respectively, while the track 'Holiday' secured the 18th spot. On the latest Official Singles Chart Top 100, 'Do It' debuted at No. 35, marking the group's seventh chart entry. In Australia, the ARIA TOP 50 Singles Chart saw 'Do It' reach the highest K-pop ranking of the year at No. 10.

On Spotify's Daily Top Songs chart, 'Do It' achieved Stray Kids' highest ranking yet, placing 11th globally and 13th in the United States. On the weekly chart, it surpassed their previous release 'CEREMONY', ranking 42nd globally and 82nd in the U.S.

The track '신선놀음', first unveiled at the '2025 MAMA Awards' on November 29th, continues to capture attention. Its music video, released on YouTube on November 27th, topped global trending charts from November 28th to 30th, and also reached No. 1 in major regions such as the United States, Brazil, and France.
