Kim Eui-young Tops Poll as Most Desired Trot Singer to Enjoy Fresh Shrimp Sashimi with This Fall
From November 13 to 19, TENASIA conducted a poll asking, 'Which female trot singer would you like to enjoy fresh shrimp sashimi with in the cool autumn weather?'
Kim Eui-young claimed the top spot. She made her official debut as a trot singer after finishing in the TOP 5 on TV Chosun's 'Miss Trot 2' in 2020. In May, she released her fourth single 'STARTrot PART.1,' produced by Kim Hyung-seok. The title track, 'Do Whatever You Want,'(하고 싶은 거 다 해) is a bright and cheerful dance trot song that showcases Kim Eui-young's refreshing charm.
Kim Da-hyun secured the second position. On the 18th broadcast of MBN's 'Korean-Japanese Top Ten Show,'(한일톱텐쇼) he performed the 1980s hit 'After You Left.'(님 떠난 후) Revealing that his father is a fan of 80s music, he captivated viewers with a more mature stage presence. Takuya, who also performed on the same stage, delivered a flawless rendition of the original 'LOVE SONG,' including the Korean lyrics in the latter part, but the final victory went to Kim Da-hyun.
Eun Ga-eun came in third. On November 16, she shared several photos on her social media with the caption, 'D-100, 100 days until we meet our baby.' The post included ultrasound images, baby clothes, socks, and photos of Eun Ga-eun's baby bump. She expressed her gratitude, saying, 'Thank you for growing beautifully in my belly so far. Let's take care of the remaining 100 days well. Mom and Dad will prepare step by step to meet you. I can wait even though I miss you so much! Please come healthy. See you in 100 days.'
