The group Close Your Eyes has shed their 'literary boy' concept and returned with a bold new 'sexy' image.

On the 11th, Close Your Eyes held a media showcase at the SBS Public Hall in Deungchon-dong, Seoul, to celebrate the release of their third mini-album 'blackout'. Member Jeon Min-wook expressed his excitement about the comeback, saying, "I was so happy with our last activities that I wanted to return as soon as possible. I'm glad to greet everyone with a new image and hope to create great memories."

Jang Yeo-jun added, "Our fans have shown so much love from our debut album to the second album, and I really wanted to make a comeback with this mini-album. Fueled by that love, we've tried a major transformation. We'll show a mature and sexy side, different from our previous 'literary boy' concept."

Kenshin revealed, "I participated in the choreography for the chorus of the title track 'X'. I wanted to create a sexy dance that matches the song's vibe and leaves a memorable killing point for the fans." He demonstrated the choreography, which included a slow neck roll while turning and a sexy upper body wave.

Jeon Min-wook also shared his experience collaborating with Kazakhstani DJ Imanbek for the first time. "I've been learning DJing recently and have enjoyed listening to DJ Imanbek's music. He also likes K-pop, so I wanted to work with him. I'm happy we could collaborate through a good connection," he said.

Jeon Min-wook discussed his interest in DJing, saying, "I've been interested in songwriting and composing since I was young, which led me to track production and DJing. Our company director gave me a great opportunity to learn, and I hope to incorporate what I'm learning into my music in the future."

When asked about his growth, Jeon Min-wook mentioned "teamwork" as a key factor. "Without a trainee period, it was hard to become close like family while preparing for our debut. But after spending 6-7 months together every day, we now feel like family," he said. "Even the younger members who used to find me intimidating now treat me comfortably, joke around, and speak informally. I think that shows on stage too," he added with a laugh.

Jang Yeo-jun also noted, "We've lost a lot of baby fat, and our visuals have improved significantly. In terms of teamwork, we often feel like we're listening to the same song and performing on the same stage. Our synergy is great."

Jang Yeo-jun expressed the group's goal for this album, saying, "We want to show our growth with each album. That's our goal, and I hope more people will notice us compared to our previous album."

He added, "It would be great to have the opportunity to win first place on a music show or perform on an awards stage. I'm also an MC on MBC M's 'Show Champion' with Jeon Min-wook, and it would be amazing to receive a trophy while we're hosting." Seo Kyung-bae chimed in, "I also want to have opportunities like winning first place on a music show or performing on an awards stage with Yeo-jun."

'blackout' is an album that embodies the strong determination to break through limits and keep moving forward. The title track 'X' conveys the resolve to face fears and break through boundaries, with lyrics co-written by member Jeon Min-wook. The double title track 'SOB' exudes confidence with the message, 'You'll cry wanting to be like me.'

Close Your Eyes' third mini-album 'blackout' will be released on various music sites at 6 PM on the 11th.
