FIFTY FIFTY Collaborates with French Rapper Orelsan for 'Yoroi' OST
According to Sony Music Entertainment Korea, FIFTY FIFTY features on the track 'Oulalalala (ft. FIFTY FIFTY),' part of the official soundtrack for the French film 'Yoroi,' starring Orelsan.
'Oulalalala' is characterized by its strong beats and dreamy melody, blending Orelsan's rap with FIFTY FIFTY's vocals to create a unique sound. This collaboration is gaining attention as a fusion of K-pop and French hip-hop.
Orelsan, often referred to as the 'Eminem of France,' is a celebrated rapper who has won multiple awards at the 'Victoire de la Musique.' This project marks his first collaboration with a Korean artist.
Orelsan shared, "I often listened to FIFTY FIFTY's 'Pookie,' and while searching for a fitting artist for the film, Sony Music suggested this collaboration. It felt like destiny."
FIFTY FIFTY expressed, "We are honored to be part of Orelsan's OST. We immediately felt the emotion and cinematic energy of the track and explored new musical colors."
'Oulalalala (ft. FIFTY FIFTY)' was released globally on music streaming platforms on the morning of the 7th.
