Oasis Reunites for Electrifying Performance in South Korea After 16 Years
The iconic band performed on the evening of October 21st as part of their world tour, attracting a crowd of 55,000. The audience didn't just watch; they immersed themselves in the music, singing and dancing with their eyes closed, fully embracing the experience.
Throughout the performance, Liam and Noel engaged the audience, prompting even those in the upper tiers to rise and cheer. The crowd chanted their names whenever they appeared on the big screen.
Oasis continued with performances of 'Fade Away,' 'Supersonic,' and 'Roll With It,' along with emotional renditions of 'Talk Tonight' and 'Half the World Away,' as fans illuminated the venue with their phone lights.
The energy picked up again with 'Little by Little,' 'D'You Know What I Mean?,' 'Stand by Me,' and 'Cast No Shadow,' as the crowd sang along enthusiastically.
During 'Slide Away,' Liam and Noel's harmonies captivated the audience, marking a special moment for fans who hadn't seen them perform together in South Korea for 16 years.
For the encore, Oasis delivered 'The Masterplan,' 'Don't Look Back in Anger,' 'Wonderwall,' and 'Champagne Supernova.' Fans in the standing area formed circles, expressing their excitement and joy.
After pursuing solo careers, they announced their reunion in August last year, embarking on a world tour for the first time in 15 years. Tickets for their South Korean concert sold out immediately, reflecting the fans' eagerness to see the band reunited. Noel had previously visited South Korea for solo performances, while Liam held concerts in 2011 and 2017.
