BLACKPINK's Jisoo Teams Up with ZAYN for New Single 'EYES CLOSED'

BLACKPINK's Jisoo has collaborated with pop singer ZAYN for a new single.

Jisoo released her new single 'EYES CLOSED (Feat. ZAYN)' on October 10th at midnight KST across all major online music platforms.

'EYES CLOSED' marks Jisoo's first solo release in eight months since her debut solo album 'AMORTAGE' in February. Prior to the release, Jisoo teased fans with a unique style through a series of teaser images on her agency BLISSOO's official social media channels.

This single is the first collaboration between Jisoo and ZAYN. ZAYN, a former member of the British boy band One Direction, is known for his hit songs, including the Billboard Hot 100 chart-topping 'Pillowtalk'.

The track beautifully blends Jisoo's distinctive husky vocals with ZAYN's emotive voice.

Earlier this year, Jisoo concluded her solo activities with the title track 'earthquake' from 'AMORTAGE'. She then released 'JUMP' with BLACKPINK, achieving a 10-week streak on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. BLACKPINK is currently on their successful 'DEADLINE' world tour. Jisoo has also connected with audiences through the Coupang Play series 'Newtopia' and the film 'Omniscient Reader'.

Jisoo's new single 'EYES CLOSED (Feat. ZAYN)' is now available on all major online music platforms. The official music video for 'EYES CLOSED' will be released on Jisoo's official YouTube channel at 1 PM KST.
