South Korean President Lee Jae-myung and Park Jin-young, co-chair of the Popular Culture Exchange Committee, have shared a photo taken with a frame featuring BTS member RM.

President Lee attended the launch ceremony of the Popular Culture Exchange Committee held at KINTEX in Ilsan on the 1st. Dressed in traditional Korean attire, President Lee visited a K-Culture experience space with co-chair Park Jin-young, where they took a photo using an RM frame at a photo booth.

Park explained, "RM is not here, but we can take a picture with him," as President Lee posed with finger hearts and thumbs-up gestures. Park assisted President Lee in positioning himself correctly, creating the illusion that the three were photographed together.

The photo reached RM, who humorously reacted on a fan communication platform, saying, "Oh my God. Is this photoshopped?"

The Popular Culture Exchange Committee, chaired by Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Choi Hwi-young and JYP Entertainment's CEO and producer Park Jin-young, was officially launched on the 1st. During the ceremony, President Lee stated, "The Popular Culture Exchange Committee is a public-private partnership platform that combines the policy capabilities of various ministries with the creativity and expertise of the private sector. We will adhere to the arm's length principle of 'support without interference' to ensure autonomy and creativity can flourish in the field."
